Too late to add options?

I'm assuming it is but I just want to make sure.

I want to add the Bluetooth option. Is it something my dealer can do? The car should arrive in about 2 weeks.

wouldn't the most obvious way to find out is to call your salesperson?

OK, offer the OP ONE suggestion, other than what I've suggested him to do, that can help him find out if he can add the option now.

Maybe he's on vacation and I couldn't get through to anyone else?

^ check with another salesperson, they work with each other, they can look it up for you.

Having said that, if your car is scheduled to be here in 2 weeks, I'm afraid the ship's sailed, literally

What is the bluetooth option? If he has NAV + Idrive - it should have bluetooth, no?

EDIT: Oh it comes w/ premium not with NAV...

You could always order a new one....just need to wait another month-2 months.

Maybe they have another already produced with your new specs...that you could just swap cars with. If you really want it...I would call the salesperson and see what can be done. If nothing...then you stick with your current car. Its worth a phone call.

yah they keep telling me bluetooth is only available at the factory and cant be added later. doesn't seem like its worth the $900 or w/e it was anyways, you're probably not missing much (I hope).

I'm pretty sure it's a factory option. I doubt any dealer would play around with installing the electronics. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't possible.

If it's coming in 2 weeks, it's already built, on the ship, and way too late.

Get a Parrot Minikit. Works really well and you don't look like a plank wearing a headset!

Pretty cool and it's under $100! How well does it work?

it's never too late but the retrofit is always costlier.
