Driver seat making noise

So, my driver seat in my 08 335i makes a popping noise from time to time. It started out to doing it when I got out of the vehicle and has progressed into happening almost all the time now

I have checked the mounting bolts and they are tight. I have moved the seat to different positions and it still makes the sound.

Anyone else have this issue?

pull it out then put it back in

Rub some lubricant between the plastic pieces and the seat itself. and rub in between the cracks of the seat. try some wd40 in the metal tracks

Have you tried not sitting on it?

Believe me I understand. My E92 then E93 did it. I complained to the dealer and they did apply a remedy like the one above and finally resolved the issue. I believe it was the side pieces.
