Strange Ticking Sound From Left Front Wheel After Steering Rack Replaced

Hello everyone. Thanks for taking the time to read my post

Ok so here it goes. I have had my steering rack replaced last week. It was done under warranty. The rack had excessive play and was making a clicking sound.
They did the 4 wheel alignment, but it took three times to get it right. In the midst of all this the left wheel clicks, and ticks have not been resoved because they say they can't hear it.

Ok so I took it back to the dealer, and my SA said. They found a peice of plastic in the brake caliper???? I think bs because it sounded like a metalic clicking but I'll see when I go pick it up.
