Knock sound sometimes when turning steering wheel

I can't reproduce it all the time. But when I make large turns it makes a knock sound... I checked everything it is not the keys or anything...

way too vague. it might just be something being knocked around, but if you're wondering if this is a common issue - it's not.

it could be your control arm and ball joint assembly. how many miles u got?

I had the same sound as well. I felt the noise was coming from the steering column. After a brief search, I found that if you if you play with the telescoping steering wheel and re-adjust it, the sound disappears. For now.........
