Power programmer e46

I am looking for the best possible option for an e46 325xi power programmer, I have a cold air intake and cat-back exhaust on my car and need a good programmer to really make it all click because it's receiving far too much air for the fuel it's getting, hoping to receive a substantial power gain, I have researched some and am reading up to 60 hp on a stock setup? Is this possible? And what are the best brand programmers to run on my BMW?
