Hi, I also hear rattle coming from the console that houses the sunroof button, microphone, emergency button located at the front section of the headliner.
I have attempted to remove but seems that is stuck pretty well.
Any tips how to remove this console?

hmmm, that talks about the rear console, not the front but I will attempt this later.

Undo the screws that hold the sun visor clips and remove (closest to mirror). The whole front of the headliner (windshield edge) will come down. You can then easily reach inside the liner and push the two clips that will allow the whole console to come out.
