What deals are you being offered for 2013 models?

Either under MSPR or over dealer invoice.

Shoot for $500 over invoice.
Invoice will include $200 for "training fee", and anywhere from $0 to around $400 for MACO depending on market.
Chicago area is around $220 for MACO.

Ask some current owners from your area what the MACO fee was, then you'll have a better idea.
bmwconfig.com will give you invoice with training fee listed, then just add the MACO and you'll know the invoice.
Then add $500 to that, and there's your offer.

Of course, you can offer invoice, or even under invoice.
It all depends on you and the dealers you are working with.

I'm using $500 over as a lot of F30 deals lately have shown $500-$1000 over actual invoice.
Selling prices were a lot higher when the F30 first showed up on lots.
Seems the market has stabilized, as it tends to do, and selling prices have fallen.

Yup, residuals are down, but so is the MF.
Over all it's about the same monthly.

Remember you can still do the multiple security deposits, 7 of them, and bring the MF down a bit over 1% lower.

Agree on $500 over invoice as a good target.

Then I got $2500 in rebates myself which lead to a car that is $2000 under invoice. Worked out well.
