I have a set of H&r sport springs. It's not too low. It's perfect for my 19s. There is a one finger gap in the rear. The ride quality decrease on all springs but it depends on how much it decreased. For sport its harder so you feel every bounce and every hole i dont know about the h&r race. The H&R race springs in the other hand has a more aggressive drop. That gives it the "slammed" look to it.

I've ran both H&R sport and race springs. The look of the car with the race springs is much more appealing. In my opinion your gonna feel every bump and bounce with both springs.
