Multiple part numbers for M performance exhaust

I've found someone selling the 335i M performance exhaust as part no 18302293774.

RealOEM however lists the retrofit part for my car as 18302293773.

Does anybody know what the difference is? The seller is based in Europe, however given I am in Australia my car is also "euro" spec I believe.

mine was 774...not sure what the diff is..

18302293774 - "North American" Part number for the F30 M Performance exhaust

18302293773 - "European" Part number for the F30 M Performance exhaust

Looking deeper into our system it looks like both are the exact same part just sharing 2 part number depending on which market they are stocked for.
