Tire rack: Lost wheel, what do I do?

Hi, I recently ordered 4 new wheels and tires, the ASA JH8 19" for my 325i. Great service I might add. With no fault of Tire Rack, I only received 3 of my wheels and the UPS guy told me the other one probably got separated. Well, here is what the tracking data says:

MERCHANDISE IS MISSING. UPS WILL NOTIFY THE SENDER WITH ADDITIONAL DETAILS. / ALL MERCHANDISE MISSING, EMPTY CARTON WAS DISCARDED. UPS WILL NOTIFY THE SENDER WITH DETAILS OF THE DAMAGE

Will I get my 4th wheel replaced at no cost? I appreciate any help in this matter, and has anyone had any similar experiences to this?

P.S. By the way I am new here, just got into customizing my car after a year or so of not doing so. My name is Ryan :rocks:

Yes, Tirerack should ship you a new wheel immediately once they get confirmation from UPS that the merchandise is missing and not in limbo somewhere.

Wow, I don't see that message very often in tracking... !

Simply contact my customer service dept at 1-800-428-8355, ext 360 and they'll assist from here.

Thank you for your quick reply Gary. Yeah, the tracking message is pretty bizarre. At least I know for sure it was lost.
