Help With Procede Wiring Harness

My car was in the shop recently and they needed to remove my Procede. I was without my car for about 9 weeks so I can't remember how the harness is supposed to look. It appears as if they lost part of the power harness. The one that taps into the green power connector in the DME box. Also, the harness was setup for PWM meth, but I won't be running that again anytime soon. I have a few extra pins I think I can use to make the adapter for the power, but I want to be sure which wire it goes to.

1) The red wire with blue spade should be for power right?

2) What to do with the two white with green stripe wires?

3) What to do with 3 yellow wires, two of which are just a split?

Here's a picture of my harness...

Thanks,
Alex

Why don't you go back to the youtube vid which shows the installation?

Looks like you are running the older procede being you have a serial cable. And you don't have the No Lift Shift feature. If I were you, I would look at the install link at Vishnu directly. And the vids. That's different than what I have.

I've installed it many times. I could do it blind folded in my sleep. The problem is that I'm unsure what to do with these extra wires I don't remember being there. Mainly the three yellows and the two white ones. I'm 98% sure I can just make an adapter for power that goes into the red with blue spade.

Anyone have their harness available to look at or willing to open their DME box for me??

Edit: After going through the PWM install page, I think I know what to do with the two white wires and I was right about the red/blue spade being for power. Just need help with the three yellows now.

I got it installed and I can communicate with it. I flashed the 5_23_beta firmware and maps, but it isn't reading back anything for AFR, CAN Throttle, CAN IGN ADV, etc. It does however read back DME codes, showing 12140 for the exhaust flap, as well as throttle percentage. I refuse to drive it until I'm getting at least AFR readings though.

I replaced the white wires back into the red wire harness, created a power harness, and then taped off the yellows. I'm thinking the yellows are needed somewhere...

Akotten- I just switched to the 5_23 Beat maps myself (stage 1 6MT). What are you doing with Autotune? off/on? I'm running firmware series 105 version 111. Vishnu has 7-29 Autotune file for download. Not sure if that's new or what.

Leave autotune off. I think 7_29 are the non beta maps which include functional autotune. The 5_23 are the latest beta maps. I pulled my procede back out until I can figure out what to do with the three yellow wires

So looks like I run either the 5_23 Beta Stage 1 or do the 7_29 Autotune map. What's the real difference between these two? I thought Autotune was a good thing. I guess when you run Beta maps you can't really switch from 1 to 2 right? 0-stock, 1-auto tune 1, 2-autotune 2, 3-turbos off. How does that work with Beta maps?

What are you guys using for a computer? I only have one laptop that is the houses main computer setup like a desktop and it's a PITA to take it out to the car. I'm debating getting a $199 10" Asus netbook from Best buy. Sure would be handy for traveling and this tuner.

Based on this DIY from Shiv, my harness should be functioning properly: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...harness+update

So....next question. Why am I not getting any AFR/IGN readings through the CAN BUS?
