Kids, don't try this at...your local highway

So, a new highway just opened three days ago down here at this caribbean paradise

Speed limits have not been set, let alone enforced. The brand new asphalt is in pretty good condition, and the highway was completely lonely at that time of day, with really long straights.

I just couldn't help it. At some points I even hit 210 kmh, but did not have the nerve to take one hand off the wheel in order to capture the snapshot. Even the ones I took were a little shaky, the car was not shaky at all, but my hand was

. The car sure could give a little more, I just felt I was pushing it too hard. You see, it's still a 4 cyl 2.0

It's no big deal, just something I thought was worth sharing. By the way, it's not something I recommend doing on public roads. I even feel bad about it

dude.. 120 is hardly something to brag about.

i actually went pretty fast last night.. for the first time in a while.

i won't say how fast because i don't want to be bashed for being stupid (it was a stupid decision) but it was quite a bit faster than 120

disclaimer: i know this was extremely stupid regardless, but it was around 1 am on a deserted straight highway with lights.

+1. 120 isnt even that hard in NJ. I wanna see someone bump into the limiter!

dude.. don't tell anyone, but i was at ~150

i was gonna take it all the way, but i got too scared. i got there in no time too. and i'm not completely sure if the software i have took the limiter off, but it could definitely go faster than 155 if it's allowed

i used to hit the 135 limiter in my 328 all the time. the needle was always at 138. it was always so disappointing to be so pumped then just lose the power

hit the 155 on the GSP one time, empty at around 3 in the morning on the way home. Felt like an idiot right after i did it thats for sure.

At one point there was this guy driving a brand new Accord who just didn't like getting passed. I was not going to race him (never race on public roads), and let him pass. Those Hondas have very good straight line speed, but it was funny how he had to brake at even the slightest turn. Once the straights were over, so was his racing me.

The limiter on the E60 M5 is 155; did you have it removed?
