Found this MoFo in my trunk

I found this little bugger in my trunk tonight. I was carrying groceries in and out of my house when I heard some buzzing. Looked down and saw this guy and nearly shit myself. I got a jar out and captured him. He is now starving to death on my workbench, mwhahahaha

caught one once. if you slowly insert like a paperclip or something into its head you hear it buzzing and it slowly dies and u hear the buzzing go from loud to feintly audible then nothing...

pretty cool if u ask me

There are a ton of cicadas in my area, hear them all time of the day. But this one freaked me out. I swear, he had the craziest look in his eyes and at one point he said, "Let's get it on"

I do rightfully think that every living creature has the unalienable right to life. No matter what ugly appearance they have. If destiny chose that you and that poor innocent creature meet in such a way, it should not be you to decide its destiny. Sir, I bid you, no!, I commend you sir to let that creature go at once. Should thee choose not to do so, may the Gods with all their might send you death at once!

That was a little overboard man. I agree that living creatures should be able to live but when you think about it, it's survival of the fittest. If I was hanging out outside and didn't kill certain bugs and spiders, they wouldn't think twice about if their bite would kill me or my daughter. Therefore, I kill every spider, bug, or whatever that may be harmful to myself or my family. I killed a huge black widow last night that was in front of my house where my daughter frequents. That thing could have easily killed my daughter that is 30 lbs. Of course this cicada isn't harmful, so it's a little different. But I wouldn't wish death upon this guy that captured it.
