I have a 2008 328i and lately have had a problem with the front passenger door. When I try to unlock all doors with the key or dash button the passenger door makes a grinding noise and doesn't unlock. All other doors unlock. If I open the door handle from the inside the door only unlocks. I have to pull the handle again for it to open. If I unlock the door using the handle then I use the key to unlock the other doors after the door is unlocked it will not make the grinding noise and all other doors unlock. Once unlocked the door locks just fine. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
