Void Warranty and aftermarket wheels?

Hey all,

Just currious to know what will actually void Factory Warranty.

So I got the new wheels on, but if I had to take the car in, say, for maintanence, will they void the warranty due to aftermarket wheels?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If for some reason u had a suspension issue, the dealer might try to void service on the suspension (thats if the dealer is a real dick and wants to blame it on it), but they can't go ahead and void your warranty if the radio stops working or the emmissions go out of wack!

The dealership has to prove that your aftermarket wheels were the direct source of your problem. If not, there should be no argument on the side of the dealership...

So they can't just deny service/warranty work if they can't prove that my wheels were the cause of the problem right?

Like, if I go to get the "free" oil change done, they can't say, "sorry, you have aftermarket wheels, we can't service your car".
