i think the max psi can be around 15ish but more important than the max psi is the psi at redline. having the turbos spinning at 15psi all the way to redline espessially without meth will probably lower the lifespan of the turbos. if you have a boost gauge you can see this happen. with the car stock the boost gauge shows around 8.8psi max boost and then goes down to like 3psi at the redline. and with jb4 map 1 you are at like 14psi and then at the shift it goes down to like 9psi. so if you hold your max boost till redline you will probably lower the lifespan of the turbos. hope that helps.
