Is the Auto Start Stop last setting recoding link to Profile?

For those who have recoded the Auto Start Stop setting, does the setting link to the profile? For example, if my wife turn ASS off and lock the door with her key, will it be off when I unlock the door with my key and start the engine(Assuming I didn't turn ASS off when I locked my door)?

It's not tied to the profile, it's set for the car.
