Procede update...

I gotta say that this is probably the best 1300 bux I spent on a mod - I'm used to spending thousands for gains of 20-40hp. I'll have the dyno results this weekend, but my butt dyno says this is significantly faster - definitely feels faster than an E46 M3 sans the drama... :rocks:
Barring power, the turbos are definitely louder and there is slight turbo lag...
Next mod? exhaust?

I think your next mod should either be downpipes or springs/coilovers

I don't know, have you thought about the intercooler upgrade thats being discussed? I know I'm on the gb and about to pull the trigger. After that I think I'm going exhaust.

^Still can't understand that logic, brakes and suspension don't really care about your power output, but rather absoloute speed. For a street car it's not likely that you will actually drive faster when you add mods.

my .017 of course

I've been following that with interest...so, for me, definitely exhaust, downpipes, then possibly intercooler...
I see you in the greater Seattle area - do the E90 guys meet often? I'm on 6Speed and it seems like we have a weekly P-car meeting - not complaining but would also like to meet Bimmer peeps too...

Ya I'm down here a ways, but I get up to Seattle to play golf quite a bit. There actually have been a couple of meets, I think both were set up by "johnnylin" from e90post. I know there's a contoures meet in Renton on July 29 through the Puget Sound CCA.

It's only a guess, you might know that still a lot of v2 information is not disclosed. v2 will offer to use a dedicated o2 wideband sensor for the PROcede. Why would Shiv want to have such an option ... ?

I'm still a bit nervous about the installation (the blacklines challenged me) and the warranty issues. I'd love to take a ride with you; although I know if I did I would get the Proceed.

Also, a buddy (gearhead) did the installation in abt an hr - all I had to do was take him for dinner - we could hook you up too... I'm just good for driving - messing with the ECU etc. is not for me...

Update - dyno done - I'll figure how to post graph later (need to download s/w etc.) - anyway, here's the results - best of 3 pulls...
Max. Pwr - 322.92
Torque - 379.69
Run Conditions - 82.33F
Humidity - 43%
I am still in awe - 2 years ago I was obsessed with get 300RWHP in an E46 M3 - cost me about 8k and we just barely made it...

Wow your numbers look good, especially torque. What kind of dyno was it?

Also, if you don't mind me asking, what was the cost? Pm me if you like, just curious to see how it compares to Carb Connections in Kirkland.

How long ago did you install your PROcede? If it was very recent, you might pick-up another 5-10 rwhp in the next couple of days.
