help!

Hi all, i was cruising on the expressway at 3am in the morning just now on the way home, and suddenly the car started to chime, and many warning lights came out, such as the DSC failure, FTMS failure, ABS failure and start assist failure.

i slowed to a crawl of 40-50km/h, then it suddenly went off, and within a few seconds it came back again. i stopped at a bus-stop, and restarted the car (off engine, ignition and restarted again), and after that the warning lights went off. strange isn't it?

Anyone experienced something similar?

I would schedule an appt with your dealer asap. First guess I would say it was one of the sensors getting screwey on you but idk,

This didnt happen after you stumbled across the launch control button did it?

Dude! Be careful with the LC. The OBC logs each launch and after the 50th one turns your car into a 135is.

That's an Easter Egg of the 1M: push the international Morse code distress signal (· · · — — — · · ·) on the turn indicator lever side button and the 1M goes into launch control mode.

Seriously, this ain't normal. Let the dealer read out the codes to check if anything unusual was reported. If any gremlin is detected, get it removed. You don't want the engine to unexpectedly shut down when you're in the middle of nowhere.

The only abnormal thing I experienced so far were the doors unlocking whilst driving. Locked them and shortly these unlocked again for no apparent reason. Happened only during the same drive. Never got it again.

Could get to the dealer way much faster merely by utilizing the button that Artemis kindly demonstrated. I do it all the time. Don't listen to Artemis, just use it. Oh, and it is great fun too.

Now seriously, tell us later what was the diagnostic.
