Tire Wear with Open Diff
Anyone seeing one side wear quicker than the other with the open differential?

No. Unless you find interest in constantly spinning your tires, you shouldn't see one-sided wear problems. After all, when going around a turn, it's the inside tire that will receive the power, so you should get even tire wear unless you drive in the Nextel Cup.
BTW, I have over 28k miles on my car and very spirited driving habits. Last edited by Nyulak; 07-22-2007 at 08:16 PM.. Reason: Added mileage. |

Not really cornering....if you launch the car hard and you are alone, the left side would have more grip and you would light up the right one.... GotAlottacash is seeing more wear on the right which would support this theory. Anyone else?
