Yeah, that seems a bit slow. I took my bone stock 07 335 sedan with AT to a 1/8 mile track and ran it on the stock runflats (car only has 25k miles). I was able to get a decent 8.5 @ 86 mph (probably around 13.4 1/4) with only a little bit of brake boosting off the line and traction control on. That was the first and only run due to rain hitting just after.
You may just be having traction issues off the line.

109mph is a low-mid 12s I believe....you're either not hooking, launching properly or shifting properly....look up 1/4 times at that mph.
I think you're running fine for your mods, it's just a matter of practice. Don't feel bad...for example. I have JB4, Stett CAI & FMIC...ran 14.1 @ 104.8mph -I need some more practice and need to figure out my traction config., but clearly I can't hook from the start and I lose all my time there. I should be running high 12s.... |

holy timing corrections batman.
OP, your fuel in China must be complete crap. You need to run methanol or E85, both of which may not be easily available out there. I don't think there's not much you can do to fix that as-is.

What was your 60 foot time? (prob don't measure that in feet in china, right?). That should give you an idea of whether it's your launch that's the issue. I was FBO minus intercooler with stock RFTs and full weight 50/50 E85:93 and it was my first time at the track. I was running low 13s because I suck! I ran four runs and my best times were with traction control fully on!
But if you combined my best 60' time with my last run I'd have run a 12.89x, which is a bit more respectable I think. Btw, the air could've been an issue, too. There are so many factors at play here.

I can buy BMS PWM and Vishnu PWM.But I am worried that it will be on fire~ The insurance company will not make up for my loss. Can I use the 99.7% ethanol 50% and 97 50%? I know this is a crazy idea , but I have no choice . |

Do you have ethanol in China? If so, try 3 gallons of pure ethanol with the rest of your best quality pump gas and try again. Your car is not happy with the pump gas as-is. The methanol (PWM) kits can greatly reduce the risk of fire if you put the methanol reservoir in the trunk. Do NOT use WW tank for methanol.

+1 that is a boat load of timing corrections.
I would try turning down the boost to 15-16psi or spring for meth
