wheels question...
i have a buddy who has a 2002 325i and he would like some new wheels. his current wheels right now have a 47mm offset and his tires are 205/55/16. he is interested in the 156's. he was told the 156's have a 34mm offset and the tires on them are 205/55/16. i entered in the numbers in the calculator, but i still dont really understand it. the calculator states that, " Based on your stock wheel setup, your new wheel will have: 13mm MORE clearance on the strut side, and the outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 13mm." he just basically wants to know if these will be fine on his car without any issues.
he called the dealership and they didnt give him a straight forward answer. they just told him the 2 different wheels have 2 different offsets. they also said they werent sure how the tires would sit in the wheel well. so just need to know if these will fit on his car fine with no problems. thanks.

They will stick 13mm more out than the e46 wheels and look less tucked
