Exclamation Hamann tuned 1M...

Well... I'm not a huge fan of this car: Hamann 1M. ...but I thought I would post it anyways. The only things I really like are the orange stitching on the door panels and orange seat belts.

What do you guys think?

Waaaaay too busy. The car looks like swiss cheese with all those vents and holes in it. However, the alcantra trim w/ orange stitching looks very nice.

The only thing I think is cool is VO seat belts to match the stitching.

Overall, a big fail. Interior: the steering wheel is allright but nothing special to Hamann. Exterior: Some may like the blackline rear lights (imo better on BSM and AW) plus orange brake calipers. Front grill looks like a matte black not gloss, that too is OK depending on your other mods. All the rest must be prohibited by law.

By the way, door panels come with orange stitching from the factory.

Is that black piece under the side markers a vinyl sticker or a plastic piece? I really like it. I'd buy one in carbon fiber or shadowline gloss black if they made it.

But that's about the only thing I'd consider spending money on off this car.

Terrible. There is not one single piece of the exterior I would choose to keep.

Why have most tuners gone overboard on this car? It's at the same level as AC Schnitzer IMO. Kelleners too missed the boat. It's a small car, too much adornments and 'decorations' is not giving the car any complements, but rather detracts from its looks.

Another example where less is more.

Same car was featured here BTW:
