E39 Hella Celis LED Tail Light Upgrade kit (with ballasts) SOLD - $395 Shipped in the US Hella LED taillight upgrade for 1997-2000 BMW E39 528i, 540i, and M5. EXCELLENT condition, no cracks. This kit updates the appearance to the later 2001-03 E39 cars that use LED technology instead of the traditional halogen bulb. This "upgrade" kit includes special ballasts and connectors that are not included in eBay auctions for taillights pulled out of wrecked 01-03 cars.
