Heated Seat Buttons

Now it's my heated seat buttons. One of them is sticky. It will take 2 weeks to order the part. I'm getting tired of bringing my car in. It's been like 8 times since August.

Yeah I'm glad now but a little worried for the future (especially those plastic seat rail covers which WILL break regularly). Also it's a hassle to drive 40 minutes to the dealer 4 times a month. One time they even ran out of BMW courtesy cars and rented a Matrix for me to drive. That sucked.

Would the Lexus IS have any problems for a comparable (although inferior) car?

i hear you. i bought my car back in July, and I've already had it back twice for service and I'm going to have to bring it in again. they didn't fix the seatbelt clicking noise well enough.

i usually wait until i have 2 or three issues to go in with.

i bet that the IS will have a similar number of issues. it's fairly common for the first prod run of new generations to have some issues.

i never would have bought a brand new model if I hadn't loved the e90 so much!
