Shipping from VPC to Alaska

Anyone know if the cars leaving the Oxnard VPC get put on a boat which heads directly to Alaska or if they are transported by rail or truck to the Pacific Northwest where they board one of the auto transport ships there? Any idea on how long it takes a vehicle once it clears the Oxnard California VPC to make to Alaska? Also from what port would it leave California if by ship or barge?

It'll probably come up on a barge, since that's the cheapest way.

did you order from the factory?
