You could never do a retrofit. Maybe in ~4 years BMW will offer a special version of the F32 with a DCT (not M-DCT), but likely not in an F30. If you want a F-sedan with DCT, better start saving for an F80 M3. Or maybe a F34 Gran Coupe.

Never say never, but you'd likely have to cut up the harnesses. Or bring over the entire drivetrain including engine.

They've always kept it exclusive for the M3 or IS iterations of the car cycle; as well as a downgraded version for the 1-series.
