UUC motorwerks are terrible!

I blew my clutch last Wednesday, then went home and immediately over nighted one. I expected the clutch to be in on Friday before 10:30am just like the ups tracking said. I brought my car to my mechanic and he striped the old clutch out and was waiting on the new one to arrive, so he would have it installed that afternoon. Just in time for me to go to the track on Sunday.
I called ups around 12pm on Friday, when I didn't receive the clutch. They told me they never Received a package from the company to send. So I called the company and asked to speak to the shipping department. The lady then told me that somehow they're still waiting on a part to get it to send out. ( Mind you this a day after they made a shipping label saying it was sent out....) So I asked to speak to the supervisor, they transferred me over to a guy name Arjem, Apparently he is the owner of the company. I own a business so I understand that problems do occur but I wanted to let him know I was unhappy. He told me he was deeply sorry and he would make it worth my wait to still give him my business. He said he would send me a gift card and I could kick him in the balls, and no one else is to blame but him. He then assured me that the clutch would be there Monday and at the latest Tuesday, it's now Wednesday afternoon…
So I call the company back up and asked to speak to Arjem, When he got on the phone I then reminded him of the situation, and he had no clue who I was! He said he have to go check with shipping to see what the situation was on the package.
He call me back and told me that UPS messed up and sent it somewhere in California instead of to Louisiana. I said, Arjum you said that someone in your shipping department messed up and that you were to blame, but you would have the clutch and some sort of reimbursement for my troubles come this past Monday. He told me, Listen I have owned this company for 16 years and I'm 53 years old and I have no reason to tell you anything funny, You think I care about ONE clutch? I don't have time for this.
I said, what the fuck Arjum. What's wrong with you, I said if you going to treat a customer this way, I want a refund. He told me fine, fuck you and hung up!

Straight up tool! I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

UUC IS THE WORST

I don't see how he can lie and be such an asshole, and be cool with it.
If they tell you they are waiting for something, THAT MEANS THEY DIDN'T SEND IT. Please help me out and don't shop with them.

There are a lot of people that would love to meet MATT face to face. One of the worst to do business with.
