software update

I'm thinking about doing a CIC retrofit on my 2006 330i. Bimmerretrofit recommends updating my car software by the dealer before trying the retrofit.

I've read that dealers don't like to do car software updates unless there's a problem. Can anyone recommend a dealership (maybe Silverspring?) or a person at a dealer who would do this update? I'm willing to pay as long as it's reasonable.
