Active Autowerke Tune/ aFe Intake/ Bmw PE exhaust/ coilovers with CPO warranty

Hello All,
I have a e90 328i LCI. My car is under factory warranty until 2014. Then the CPO kicks in.

Parts added so far, (non cosmetic)
- 18" wheels
- coilovers

Parts will be added tomorrow,
- aFe Intake
- BMW Performance exhaust
- Active Autowerke Tune

I have 2 questions regarding the CPO warranty,

1. Today i was driving home, i can hear a small rattling noise from the cruise control knob and from the top dashboard area. If i touch and hold the knob and the dashboard with my hands, the rattling noise goes away. Please note that the noise was there before the car got lowered. Will the dealer give me hassle about it?

2. My car needs an alignment. After lowereing the car, should i got to the dealership to get it done? Would they say no since the car is lowered? Which dealership to go to in SOCAL?

Thanks
Your fellow BMW driver.

1). I would get the noise checked out before installing your other mods, just in case.

2). I would go to an independent shop for alignment, much cheaper.

3). Add all other mods and have fun!
- aFe Intake
- BMW Performance exhaust
- Active Autowerke Tune

These 3 mods will make your car feel like a whole differnt car!

I get alignment at Sears, $79 bucks and the guys at my local Sears are pretty good. I tip them a little and they take extra care of the car.
