quick iphone shots of the new car
I got to order my first brand new BMW at the end of January. I wasn't planning on ordering one, but I am very picky and couldn't find any with the color combo I wanted and a manual transmission. I decided to just bite the bullet and deal with the long wait.
I don't know if it's just in my head, but the 2013 is noticeably smoother and quieter than my 2010 was. It is amazing. My only regret is not getting the premium package. It has to stay stock for a while, which is a bummer, but I do have a short list of things I'll be installing as soon as I hit the 1,200 mile mark: BMS performance intake Downpipes (AA or BMS) AA charge pipe muffler delete JB4 stage 2 tints and yes, project335i, I know it needs a drop I have done the little cosmetic things, but I still have to find someone to let me borrow their hair dryer to debadge that bitch. The only thing I'm upset about is, when I built it online it showed a performance diffusor and I just got the old regular msport diffusor. Oh well. Oh also, apparently on the 2013 model, the rear lights do not stay on with the DRLs, so I have to ride around with the parking lights on until I get that coded Anyways here are the really crappy shots: 2013 BMW 335i BSM Coral Red Bamboo 6mt Msport Cold Weather Nav Satellite radio black grilles carbon fiber rear spoiler 19" VMR VB3

I know I have done a good job getting my point as I start to see more OP with comments like yours.
Congratz on the brand new purchase. It's definitely a good looking car with all the packages you ordered. Eventually all it needs is a nice drop set of wheels and a front lip and IMO these cars look great If you need some spacers in the meantime for your OEM wheels and a stud conversion upgrade I will be happy to take care of you. Again congratz and enjoy |

Thanks! I meant the suspension and ride are much smoother, not the engine. in fact, I almost feel like there's less low end torque and more turbo lag with the n55, despite what everyone else says. it's probably just because i'm so used to driving a tuned n54

yeah I agree.. I've been trying for years to get this combo. Almost impossible to find. Then I would find one and it would be an auto, or not have nav or something. very glad I picked it up. I'm gonna hang on to it for a long time

congrats on your new whip, she looks very nice and IMO you should jump on a set of color-matched reflectors
thanks for sharing the pics and enjoy!

color matched reflectors must have slipped my mind. i never notice them as much as other people, but they will definitely be my next mod! I'm going to get pretty bored waiting for the break in period so it's nice to do little cosmetic stuff
