factory alarm chirp volume

The factory alarm chirp volume is very very low. It can barely be heard under normal outside conditions. The volume is much lower than it was for the E90 LCI.

Anyone else experience this? Can the volume be increased?

Mine is totally silent. I can't hear it at all.
I kinda like it though.

Are you sure you have an alalrm? I don't, as it not a standard feature on the 328i.

Uh, yes. It is an option, not a standard feature.
