Too good to be true? NBT Head Unit for $250

Might sound a little too good to be true but is anyone brave enough to buy one and try it?

I would probably try this but it won't really make much of a difference until the speakers are all replaced with better ones.

How much work would it take to retrofit? Isn't the wiring completely different?

Wiring is different with NBT. Combox is integrated into Nav unit so car wiring will change, probably fairly significantly.

Also, the Harman p/n doesn't seem to match up and its not clear if this unit includes Navigation. Seems to be for US builds since it has Sirius satellite radio. Not sure what to make of this. Either way eBay listing ended so we'll have to see if any of the 3 buyers has success.
