Congrats As red says, diesel or petrol?
Beyond the Xenons (which are well worth it) it's all down to budget and how many toys you want happy waiting!

Oh yea forgot, its a petrol engine. I was thinking about sport suspension, because I had it on my old 3 series, but decided not to. Ride is probably harder because of the runflats anyway

Don't think the 320i SE would have a chrome exhaust tip, but you could probably fit one.

My 325i coupe didn't come with the chrome tips, but after a lot of phone calls and digging around, we figured that the tips from the 330i coupe fitted perfectly. I ended up just getting the dealer to order them (they had to come from Germany) and cost around £40 each (twin pipes) ... but it was a price worth paying as it makes the back of the car look so much better!
You might be able to get something off ebay and I'm sure there are other sites out there - just a case of ensuring you have the right part number and that it will fit.

It's a single oval-shaped matt silver tip - doesn't look half bad IMHO (much better than the old single round ones on E46). Check my garage pics for what I mean by this (you can just see the pipe in the rear pic).
From BMW dealers I think, but..... The E90/91/92/93 Accessories Brochure lists it (don't have it handy for the part number - sorry), however, it's not pictured so I don't know whether it is oval, to fit the new 2008 MY 320i/d exhausts. However, I'm looking at getting a chrome tip too so will let you know if I get any joy. BTW you won't regret paying for xenons if you haven't had them before - I have them for the first time and they amazing. Congrats on the new car and enjoy it when it arrives! |

Just recently - when the E93 was introduced. The E92 325i is also now using the same engine (from September this year i think the website says).

all depends on budget, of course. If possible, I'd add leather, sports seats (once you've had 'em, you miss 'em) and the Harman Kardon Hi-Fi.
Things like Xenons and decent Hi-Fi are bl**dy expensive, but really make a difference... Must admit, the Bluetooth kit is pretty good, too (well, it works with my Nokia!); i'd deffo have to have it any future car. Stops you looking like a burger flipper/Sales Rep |

Is it possible just to have the M Sport Steering Wheel and Gear Knob on the SE?
Another Question....Up to how long can you add items too your order? The dealer now says Expected Delivery will be End of October. |

The problem with the m-sport stuff is they have logo's on and a different style to the SE. I've got a short gearstick and it blends into the SE very well. Isn't the M-sport stick a perforated design? Not sure what other options there are for a steering wheel though. Oh, and welcome..

Defo get the sports seats (I have them on an SE), tints?, I wished I got the folding mirrors.
I had the sports suspension and 17", and the sports steering wheel - mainly so I could get the right airbag to swap to the M-Sport wheel, gearknob and handbrake cover. TBH the sports wheel is very good, and would probably be more hardwearing than the M Wheel. If I'd have known I could got shorter knob that matched the sports wheel, I might've stuck with it - the silver trim isn't that bad when you see it. The M-Sport wheel is very nice though
