E60 Wheel Compatability

Started to get geared up to order my F10 and will need to decide between 19' and 20' wheels. I have a set of 19' HRE P40s on my E60 that I love and would like to use as my winter set up on the F10. If that works, I will order the F10 with 19's get the HRE 101s in 20' for summers and sell the stock set. Does anyone know if the offsets/bolt patterns/etc. of my old HREs will work with the F10?

I believe that someone on this forum has already posted that his E60 rims wouldn't clear the brakes on the F10. Not positive of that, but think I'm correct. I also believe that no after market wheel with a 19" diameter has yet been built that will fit the F10.

That may have been me. I had a set of E63 M6 wheels that I used for my winter set on my E60 M5 - they did not fit the F10 M5. They did not clear the front brake calipers.

Morning everyone, I am patiently awaiting my 2010 e60 m5 to be shipped from florida to cali. I am new to this forum, originally spending a good chunk of time on e90post.com.. However, I just wanted to get some input on some good aftermarket rims that wouldn't cheapen the overall look of the car. I was thinking of possibly HRE's but I am open to all suggestions. thanks for your time

-cheers

wheels

Hi Panda, I have an awesome set of wheels that will look great on your car. I took these off my E60 550 when I bought my M5. If you are interested, shoot me a pm or email bcoopr1@yahoo.com Here are a couple of pics. I am selling them for 3800 plus shipping. I can send you additional photos if you wish.

Ags is correct in which it wont clear the rear brake depending on your offset. The offsets from the E60 and the F10 are different. My wheels shown above that I am sellin have a the E60 offset which is perfect match. That is why I am selling them. They need a good home people.
