Need Help with 19x9 ET24 Square on E90 LCI 335 xdrive

Hi Guys,
I need a confirmation if 19x9 ET24 wheels would fit a E90 LCI 335i xDrive, I"m thinking about 245 tires all around.

With that setup you would extend 23mm from OEM. I have a 9.5 inch rim with et33 and I have slight rubbing. I'm showing that your setup is 3mm extended from mine. I would say yes, you'll rub.
