Got hit with 80 in a 55 this morning. Reckless. Let me know who you have used, or if you are an attorney.

Just moved to reston from NC, still have nc tags and license.

Was this in Fairfax County? I've heard good things about Charles Samuels, 703-591-9203. He was able to get off a couple people I know. But I wouldn't go more than 70-75 on Northern VA highways.

Thanks. Just moved to va, never had to look at the speedometer until now. Interesting state..55mph?

20 mph and over is considered reckless.

Don't drive more than 10 over. If you do, then you roll the dice

the minute i enter VA, i set my cruise control for +5 over. very aggressive cops and easy to get a reckless charge
