iDrive screen cleaning

So I was cleaning my windows with Invisible Glass and as I finished up cleaning the front windshield I wiped down the monitor with the damped paper towel well now it has horrible streaks that I can't get out. What did I do???

I had a similar problem with our X5 screen from some of what ever the dealer used to detail the dash when we bought the car. I finally was able to get it off using a cloth made for cleaning tv screens that you soak in warm water and wipe with. (came with my Samsung) the cloth feels like a cross between a chamois and a microfiber. Good luck.
