Visiting HK with my wife in a few months after being away for many years. What's the in thing to eat and do nowadays?

Hong Kong is the same, not much has changed except for more and more shopping malls.

Tsim Sha Tsui is always a great place to be if you don't mind the "crowd".
Some good food in the Silvercord mall (ippudo ramen, and Din Tai Fung). There's really not much to do in HK other than eating and shopping to be honest.
