Question about eplacing halogen with Self-Leveling euro bixenons, pre-lci
So, I ended up getting this Euro Bi-Xenon retrofit kit: http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E90-328...lights/ES9941/
It actually comes with all the bits to put on the suspension for the self-leveling feature. I am planning to install the headlights soon, but am not 100% sure what to do with the self leveling. I was wondering if it was possible to install just the headlights for now, and then add the self leveling later (when I change the dampers or whatever). Any problems with this? The way I understand it, I would just need to do this: 1) Install just the headlights alone 2) Add $522 to VO, and also the PWM_ANST_FL_BIXENON thing 3) Set AUTO_LWR_ENABLE to nicht_aktiv, to disable self-leveling Now, the lights should work perfectly except for the self-leveling feature, right? And later, if I install that crap too, I just have to Set AUTO_LWR_ENABLE back to aktiv and it will work? Thanks for reading. |
