!@#$% RFTs! GIMME TIRE OPTIONS

Ok so I bought the tire protection option but apparently, you need to pay up front and then get reimbursed after a month or so. The run flat is like $400 so now I just say f* this and Im replacing all the tires with a regular high performance tire that doesnt feel like sh*t [hopefully]. I plan on getting a set of blizzaks on some sh*tty rims for the winter but i would like this tire to be somewhat decent in the rain. Any opinions?

Wanna buy a slightly used set of Sports package RFTs? I yanked mine of after about 3K miles and they are sitting in my basement.

I installed Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s and have had a huge grin on my face ever since. I heard enough about the RFTs to know that I would toss them very soon after getting my car so never spent money on the "protection" program.

Seconded. I've been very happy with mine - excellent ride, prodigious grip, not bad in the wet.

Going to suggest Nitto Invo.

Amazing grip on the track, plus the tread pattern looks really cool.

Very large sipes for rain too.

I got 235/45/18 on the front, and 255/35/18 on the rear... although next time I think I'll fit 265's out back.

I've seen a few of them around here in the winter with snow tires. There was a diehard that worked down the street from me that drove his M roadster (z3) year round.

x3.. I just got these on my z.. 235/35/19 & 265/30/19. These tires are cheap although they feel like a $200+ tire. Highly grippy. Superb in rain also. I live in new york city, unpredictable mild/rainy forecast but no worries, these tires work like a champ.
