Effect of climate on acceleration

I'm pretty sure that when I picked up my car after the PPK install, the first few days the car felt stronger than what I've been feeling last couple of days. Is it really possible to "feel" the difference in the pull when driven at 65 degrees vs 102 degrees ?

I would think, cooler air going into the intake and cooler air going into the radiator. This will cool the engine therefore increasing power. Just my two sense on the question.

of course. hot air will retard timing.

I have noticed a decrease in performance with temps too cold as well being in Germany and all.

Cold air is more dense so more oxygen for combustion. A turbocharged car runs pretty sweet on a cool day.

I have noticed the difference and I don't have the ppk yet. The heat kills our cars out here. Good old AZ!

I too am in AZ (Goodyear) and our current 100*+ weather is not helping our cars performance. My little Saturn Sky turbo is not liking it!
On a side note, I want to get the MPPK on the wife's '13 335i but don't know which dealer to take it to to get done. The car was bought at Chapman in Phoenix but they seemed clueless.

I have been working with a SA at North Scottsdale that has the MPPK on his personal 335i. He is who I'm going to be getting mine from. PM me for his info if you like.

PM sent. Thanks!
The car has not arrived yet in the US, but it has got to be really close. The status changed to enroute to US about 3 weeks ago. This upgrade seems like a no brainer. I'm always looking for more power while still keeping the car under warranty.

Dude! I tried to reply to your PM, but your account apparently cannot receive PMs. Guess you to need to have at least 5 posts or something...

The site said I had to make a post then wait 24 hours. I just got a PM so I think it's working now. We'll find out.
