Wsup all, glad to join the community, lots of useful information and knowledgeable people here.

I have a Korean spec 320d with the 8.8 inch navigation screen without HUD. For the navigation directions, the upcoming turn used to be indicated in the extended cluster display in the dashboard but this disappeared one day. I did not change any settings, and the only thing I did was export my Profile to a USB drive.

Anybody have any ideas? Thanks.

Check your idrive settings.

Settings > Info Display

you probably unchecked navigation from the list.

thanks, I checked to make sure it was still selected, that's why this is so puzzling...guess I gotta go to the dealer...

u mean the directions can be displayed in display between speedo and tacho? is there a video displaying it?

Yes, you enable it by turning off the HUD.
