Bluetooth Audio

Maybe I am wrong, but during my ED I discovered that when using Bluetooth Audio, you can't scroll the songs on your iphone. So, basically you either have to listen to a playlist or take your phone out of your pocket to switch songs, which pretty much defeats the purpose of having bluetooth audio.

If I am incorrect, someone please correct me. Otherwise I will continue to feel like it was a waste of money.

You can select next or previous. The songs even come up in the HUD

It's an iphone...which I think jives best with idrive. SO you're saying some phones enable music scrolling via bluetooth?

when i was using my sony ericsson satio i could scroll through songs in a playlist but i could not change the playlist within idrive or the cluster.

so lets say im playing my favorites playlist, if i use the cluster scroll on the right side of the wheel i can see the title for the next song instead of just next or previous.

since i replaced the phone i havent found one that works like that
tried my one x and now im using a note ii.
same problem

well when mine gets back I will have to look into it. But I am starting to feel like I could have saved $850 bucks or spent it on the HUD or bird's eye view.
