Not to bad mouth them but do they have anyone work in this company?
I have email, PM, and called them for the last 4 days and have never heard from them?

This is really frustrating with poor customer service....

I haven't heard back from them either for last few days.
And I think their threads are all closed now.
(maybe not paid their fees??)

Hmm.. hope they come back soon.

Hey man-

I just checked through the PM box and did not see anything. You may have tried to send it over when our account was in the process of getting reactivated.

Also, we have had some issues with the toll free number not correctly forwarding calls being sent to the "sales" extension and instead we only are able to get messages. If you have this issue, please leave a message and we will reply immediately! This issue has been brought to the attention of our service provider and they are telling us a 3-4 day window before it correctly works again.

When you called the other day I thought we just missed the call from being on the other line, but it is appearing that we are not even getting calls in from the toll free number period. However, personal extension numbers are working correctly.

Lastly, on the order page for the product you ordered, it states "...please allow 1-2 weeks for items to be shipped out." Your order came in on the 17th. I will know this afternoon but we are still on track for shipping the date mentioned in the email

We understand that you were not able to get a hold of us, and for that we apologize! Email is usually the fastest correspondence because the whole team is forwarded copies so chances are someone is able to reply immediately- orders@uniqueeurodesign.com.

Let me know if you have any questions!

FWIW- My extension number is 333, so if you need anything else, just give me a ring: 888.387.6337 and enter 333 when prompted.

Thanks,

Garrett | Unique Euro Design

I have been trying to contact (email and PM) them for at least three weeks regarding a set of defective grills I received. So far they reply with "send the grill back we will fix it" but that does not work out for me. I ask them to send me a new one and I will send the defective grill back once I receive it but there is no reply to my request. Attempting to get them on the phone has also proved to be impossible. I guess it's a coin toss on what kind of customer service you may get.

See pics below the Grill is supposed to be painted Jet Black to match the color of the car

The day we were contacted about znemasters issue, we replied immediately and said we would respray the grilles at no charge. We also gave the option of meeting up with him since he was local. He refused because he said he had broken his stock grilles and did not want to ride around without grilles while they were getting repainted (one or two days at the most). Finally E90 grilles came off backorder and we were able to get this resovled with the poster. As of yesterday he was told this issue was going to be taken care of.

Along the way we've had a few grilles that came out bad due to a bad mix of reducer/paint ratio. Other than that, we have had many, many, many grilles come out perfect. We have emails from tens of happy customers showing us pictures. Here are some pictures for those that say these were painted with a "spray can". Oh, and please remember these grilles are treated with a secret regimine of chemicals that only our body shop knows. These chemicals prevent peeling and chipping on chrome plastic surfaces.
