VA Tint Question

I did

but without much luck...My question is this: Are tint tickets 'fix-it' tickets, like license plates? In other words, if I get a ticket for having 35% instead of 50%, does this mean I have to remedy the situation (i.e. re-tint/remove tint) ? Or can I just pay the fine and keep driving?

I'm also assuming that the fines are identical throughout VA since the VA tint law is identical throughout.

in VA, all you have to do is pay the fine, at least that was in 2006 when I had one with my RSX-S before I sold it.

You have the option of prepaying the fine, no big deal

In DC, you cant pass inspection with an illegal tint, not sure about MD
