need help for upgrading suspension, 2007 e93(sport package + sport suspension)

I am planning to upgrade suspension system for my car but have no idea where to start. Can any one advice me on this such as the price and are there trustable auto shop around Toronto.

stock sport is good or if you wanna drop a bit coilover system is the way to go

m3 front control arms
m3 subframe bushings
LSD
m3 sway bars

Go see Ivo and Columbus Auto...he specializes in modded 335i and 135i.
