On the hottest day ever my car runs cool

I thought this was really funny, normally no matter what the temperature outside my car ALWAYS runs at 245/250 F but yesterday when it was 106 F it ran at 235 F. This was after an hour of driving and it stayed at 235.

Mine stays exactly there no matter how hard I'm driving or how hot it is. Dinan stage three with upgraded oil cooler and intercooler
