Delivered!

Picked up the car on Tuesday, 320d M Sport! Car looks great, alpine white with coral red leather. Big thanks to NISFAN for the heads up re: M Sport vs Sport
Only done 100 odd miles but can say the ride is sooo much better than the Audi's I had before, so no regrets changing to a BMW.
Still getting used to the conventional handbrake as the Audi's had the electronic handbrake. Drove off a few times with the handbrake on!
Quick question, I have electric folding mirrors, why don't they fold in when you lock the car??!

Cheers

Congratulations. Hold the close button on the key fob for a few more seconds and they will fold in. When you unlock the car, they will automatically fold out.

Bit annoying they don't just do it, but this is a decent compromise for non-coders.

btw - you don't have to keep it held while it closes - once it starts moving you can let go.

Hmm that must be a new thing on the F30 as my E90 does not do that. I have to press the button on the drivers door.

Yeah one thing I had to get used to from E90 to F30 too!
