BMW performance suspension consists of what parts?

Ok is the "BMW Performance susension kit" just springs? They don't give a good detail of what you get. Some help here...

Garage List
Looks like (in Europe at least) the package includes springs, dampers and anti roll bars...

I figured it out... the "BMW Performance suspension" is:

-BMW Perf Shocks & Struts
-Bump stops
-Springs (10mm lower than factory sport springs)
-Front sway bar
-Misc hardware

I'll probably do that kit and do the M3 rear sway bar and call it a day.

This is correct. I would not do the M3 rear sway bar, it is to big for that suspension. I did autox with my car and the BMW PS and M3 front bits, and LSD; and the rear bar caused to much overstear, I had it taken off and it was an expensive experiment.

Thanks for that feedback about the M3 rear roll bar. The OP would be wise to head your suggestion

335iSSA- How did the front M3 bits (Tension and control arms) do? Did you do any rear M3 suspension parts? I was just going to do the rear Sub frame M3 Bushings and front arms.

The front M3 bits made the steering more responsive and feel better. Worth the money in my opinion. I only did the rear M3 subframe bushings. From a street and AutoX perspective, I wouldn't do it again. They aren't the magical cure for whatever like a lot of people will say. If you are going to track the car then I would listen to those who track their cars a lot.

I liked the BMW PS, but if I had it to do again I would have gone with Koni Sports and springs of your choice. I thought the drop on the BMW kit was perfect and it was a good value. Koni extended their sale to Labor day so the Yellows are 20% off!

^ I think I'm going the BMW PS route. Skip the rear M3 bushings and do the M3 front arms call it a day. Much appreciated feed back.
